1 lb bottom round steak cut into 1 inch pieces
7 ounces wide egg noodles
12 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
6 ounces sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups beef broth
2 TBSP oil
2 TBSP flour
1 TBSP butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
3 medium garlic cloves minced
Fresh ground pepper
