2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 + 1/4 cup Arborio rice
1/3 cup white wine
2 large pinches saffron
3 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter
1/2 pound large raw shrimp, deveined
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
