1-1/4 tsp lemon juice-fresh
1/4 c dry white wine
1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp freshly grated Parmesan

1-1/2bunch Swiss chard
Cut and rinse chard, cut out stems and center ribs, chop together, place in bowl, coarsest chop leaves separately. Over med-high heat melt butter in a lg skillet with olive oil, add garlic, onion, cook for 30 sec, until fragrant, add stems, wine, stir and simmer till soft, stir in leaves, cook till wilted,add lemon juice and Parmesan, stir, salt to taste
