1 lrg brown onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
500gm beef mince
400gm can diced tomatoes
2 tblsp tomato paste
1 cup beef stock
1 1/2 tblsp gravy powder
1 cup frozen peas, corn, carrot mix
Heat oil in lrg saucepan over high heat. Add onion, garlic & mince, cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 8 minutes or until browned
Add tomato, tomato paste, stock & gravy powder. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to moderately low. Simmer. Stir occasionally for 25 minutes.
Add frozen veggies, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened and veggies are heated.
