Sheppard's Pie Leftover Version


1 -1 1/2 pounds left over beef or steak
3-4 cups left over mashed potatoes
1 - 1/2 cups left over vegetables
1/3 cup steak sauce
1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

  1. Using left over beef includinh steak, roast or whatever you have. Cut into small cubes and then continue to chop till you get a rough chop.
  2. Place ina skillet with the steak saucem kitchen bouquet and worcestershire and reheat. Add more suace till you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Chop left over vegtables up to the same size as the beef. Add to the beef mixture and incorporate till well mixed.
  4. Warm left over potatoes.
  5. Take a 8x8 baking dish and and spoon in the beef/veg mixture. Top with an equal amount of mased potatoes.
  6. Bake in a 350 F for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
