1 minced garlic
2 large pimentos, diced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups reg. cream
3/4 cup grated gouda cheese or sharp cheddar or process velveeta cheese
Salt and black pepper
In a saucepan, saute onion, garlic and pimentos in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Blend in flour. Add stock and reg. cream. Cook until thick. Add gouda cheese and stir until melted. salt and pepper, to taste, and cayenne if desired. Garnish with remaining green onions
