Shrimp cream


This is one of the most classic recipes, but in the light version is for those who are on a diet to lose weight and is also ideal for those who simply want to keep the silhouette. This dish, in fact, you can eat lunch and dinner.

200g prawns
400g pumpkin
1 shallot
½ cup vegetable stock
200g low-fat milk
20 grams of olive oil

First, you need to cook the pumpkin, paving the way for a pan with 10 grams of oil and shallots. Add the broth and cook the squash and simmer for about ten minutes. Add the milk, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking until creamy consistency is obtained.
