Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 

rice and it's water proportions
40 raw shrimp
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp brown-rice vinegar
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 red bell pepper


  1. Start rice cooking
  2. In a skillet cook shrimp in coconut oil
  3. Whisk orange juice, brown-rice vinegar, and grated ginger
  4. Chop onions, cabbage, red bell pepper
  5. Sauté snow peas, onion, cabbage, and red bell pepper in a separate skillet with ginger sauce until slightly tender; stir in shrimp.
  6. Put mix over rice
  7. EATT!
