Slow cooked flank steak

This delicious beef will fall apart - great with polenta or mashed potatoes, or as the main ingredient in tacos

Ingredients: 

2 lbs boneless beef (chuck roast or flank should work well, even brisket could work, though it won't shred as much)
Ketchup
BBQ Sauce (I like KC Masterpiece)
1-2 sliced onions
3-4 cloves garlic
apple cider vingar
Worcestershire sauce
Beer
Beef boullion cube/Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix packet
Ground chipotle
Unsweetened cocoa
Cinnamon
Salt and pepper


Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and cook for 6-9 hours on low in slow cooker.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
