Slow Cooker Kentucky Burgoo with Smoked Turkey and Tabasco

Ingredients: 

1 large turkey leg, smoked (about 2 ½ pounds)
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 large potato, scrubbed and diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
2 cups fresh tomatoes, or 1 can (14 ½ ounces) diced
1 small yellow or orange sweet bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, finely diced
1 cup dried baby lima beans
1 cup cabbage, roughly chopped
1 cup okra, sliced (fresh or frozen)
1 cup shoe peg corn (fresh or frozen)
6 cups water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons Tabasco® brand pepper sauce
