Smoked Salmon pasta

Ingredients: 

pasta, cooked and drained
Smoked Salmon (200g for four serves)
Sour Cream (1 tablespoon approx for four serves)
fresh dill
parmasan cheese


Directions

  1. cut salmon into small strips
  2. mix sour cream and salmon through pasta
  3. serve into bowls
  4. sprinkle with dill and parmasan cheeese

Tips / Substitutes: 

Use yoghurt instead of sour cream for a low-fat option.
