Soft, Chewy Gingerbread Cookies [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients: 

2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill GF All Purpose Baking Flour)
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. nutmeg, ground
½ tsp. cloves, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 tsp. ginger, ground
¼ cup sunflower oil
¾ cup cane sugar
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup almond milk
*about 1 – 2 Tbsp. confectioner’s sugar (optional for decorating)
