Today I’m posting the recipe of Soya Chunks or Meal maker Fry ( Dry ), which is highly nutritious, super tasty, quick and easy to prepare and is simply awesome!! :-)

Soya Chunks, also called as Meal Maker in India, contains 54.2 grams of protein, which exceeds the amount of protein found in meats, eggs, milk and wheat.

The high protein content in these chunks is ideal for kids and also helps in mental and physical growth.Since these soya chunks contains no cholesterol and are low in fats, it is good for the heart and keeps you energetic and active throughout the day.

The kids will really love it, as these chunks taste great and are really awesome when prepared right!! You won’t be able to find the difference, as they look like real meat!! :-)
