Spiced Cranberry Sauce

3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon spiced rum

Was a good replacement for jellied Cranberries. Was even better a few days later.

I paired with Goat Cheese for an appetizer - good mix!
