Spicy Flattened rice

Ingredients: 

1 cup Flattened rice
1 Tbsp oil
1/8 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup onions-chopped fine
8-10 curry leaves
2-3 whole red chilies
1/2 cup potatoes-diced small
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp green chilies-finely chopped or to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Lemon wedges for garnish


1. Put Flattened rice in a colander and wash, not giving it a chance to absorb too long the water. Leave in the colander to deplete out completely. 2. Heat the oil and include the asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and the entire red chillies. 3. When onions are light darker, include potatoes, and pivot till they look a bit glossy. 4. Add the turmeric and sauté over low warmth till the potatoes are cooked through. 5. Increase the warmth, include salt and Flattened rice and blend well. Saute till blended and warmed through. 6. Shut off the warmth, and blend in the green chillies, lemon juice and half of the coriander. 7.Transfer on to a serving dish, embellish with whatever is left of the coriander and lemon wedges and serve.   Till then you read the Never Have I Ever games rule which you gona play while eating Flatterewd rice
