1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt, Divided
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
15 ounces, weight Ricotta
1 Large Egg
4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
