STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD

Notes: 

My boss Linda made this and we all nearly licked the bowl clean. I have served with a store bought raspberry vinaigrette to save time.

Ingredients: 

1 pkg fresh baby spinach (or 2 bunches regular cleaned and dried)
1 pt fresh strawberries

DRESSING:
½ C sugar
1 ½ T diced onion
¼ C vinegar
1 T poppy seeds
2 T sesame seeds
½ T Worcestershire sauce
½ C salad oil
¼ t paprika


  1. Hull and clean strawberries
  2. Toss spinach & strawberries together

  3. In 1 T salad oil, on medium heat, toast sesame seeds until slightly brown, stirring constantly. 
  4. Mix with all other ingredients and chill at least one hour before serving over greens. 
  5. Eat immediately.
