STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients: 

1 small green pepper
1/4 cup celery finely chopped
1/4 cup zucchini (or asparagus) finely chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms finely chopped
5 ounces of ground lean meat (beef, veal, turkey, chicken or a mixture)
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce (add more or less to taste)
