Sundried Tomato Pasta Salad

Notes: 

Make dressing ahead to let flavors meld. Great dish for a BBQ/picnic. Zucchini is my addition -- really adds to bulk and summery-ness.

Ingredients: 

DRESSING:
1 jar Sun-dried Tomatoes (7 Oz.)
4 cloves Garlic
3 T Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c to 1 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

SALAD:
16 oz Corkscrew or similar Pasta
About 6 black Olives, chopped or sliced
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (cut In Halves)
1 zucchini, diced
10-15 Leaves Basil, Chopped or Julienne
1-1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, Grated
