Swedish Meatballs with Parsley Dressed Carrots

Ingredients: 

Meatballs:
1 pound ground meat
3 slices white bread
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
3/4 cup finely chopped leeks
Butter and oil for frying

Dressed carrots:
10-12 small carrots
Water
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 finely chopped red onion

Parsley Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
