1/2 - 3/4 cups whole peanuts, roasted & salted (process until crumbly bits)

1 cup mashed sweet potato (oven baked)
1 1/2 cups cannellini white beans, drained/rinsed in hot water to soften
1 Tbsp dry BBQ spice blend
2 Tbsp liquid BBQ sauce, vegan
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 Tbsp flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp fine black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder + a few dashes cayenne (optional)
salt to taste

oil for sauteing (optional)
burger buns, vegan
vegan mayo
sliced avocado (tossed in lemon juice)
