Taco Ring

Ingredients: 

3/4 lb lean ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning mix
1 C shredded cheddar
2 T water
2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 C salsa
3 C lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato
1/4 C onion, chopped


  1. Cook beef and onion in skillet; drain and remove from heat.
  2. Stir in taco mix, cheese, and water.
  3. Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles and arrange on pizza stone with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward the outside. (There should be a 5" opening in the center.)
  4. Scoop meat mixtuer evenly onto widest end of triangles and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Tuck triangles over top at center of the ring (filling will not be completely covered).
  6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
  7. Place shredded lettuce and tomato in center of ring. Serve with salsa.
