Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients: 

1 pound(s) ground beef or turkey
1 onion(s), chopped
10 3/4 oz Campbell's 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) fat-free sour cream
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
24 oz Ore-Ida Tater Tots, 3/4 of a 32 oz bag


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown gound beef and drain.
  3. Sautee onion until translucent and then mix with beef.
  4. In bowl mix soup, milk, sour cream. Stir until well blended.
  5. In 9'x13' freezer/oven pan layer ingredients evenly as follows:  Ground beef mixture / frozen vegetables / soup mix / cheese / tater tots (nicely aligned)
  6. Bake UNCOVERED 35-45 minutes until tater tots are brown and casserole is bubbly.
