Ingredients: 

Lemon Curd:
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
zest of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into small cubes
Graham cracker crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp granulated white sugar
6 Tbsp unsalted butter , melted
Cheesecake Filling:
1 8-oz/227g pkg cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream (35%)
To serve:
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Fresh flowers, for garnish
Lemon slices, for garnish
