4 medium Snapper, raw, (800g)
2 tbs green curry paste, (Thai)
2 whole fresh green chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
1/2 cup reduced-fat coconut milk
1 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tbs brown sugar
250 g green beans, ends trimmed
2 small zucchini, ends trimmed, halved lengthwise, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup fresh basil, leaves only
2 cups white boiled rice, warmed
