1 five spice powder
2 cubes red fermented bean curd and the red sauce mashed
2 tbsp garlic minced
1 tbsp maltose or honey
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 sugar
1 sesame oil
½ pepper
500 g thịt nạc vai (1.1 lb)
1 mcf bột ngũ vị hương
2 viên chao đỏ và nước chao đỏ tán nhuyễn
2 ms tỏi băm
1 ms mạch nha hoặc mật ong
1 ms rượu trắng
1 ms xì dầu
1 ms xì dầu đặc

2 ms đường
1 mcf dầu mè
