1 Cup - Evaporated Lowfat milk
1/2 Cup - Light Sour Cream
1tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Black pepper
2 Cups - Shredded Cheese
6 Slices of cooked bacon
Green onions (sliced)
Place: potatoes in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil
Preheat: oven to 350. Grease a casserole dish
Return: potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk; sour cream; salt & pepper. Beat w/mixer until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cheese & half of bacon. Spoon mixtures in prepared casserole dish.
Bake: for 20/25 minutes or until heated through. Top w/remaining cheese; remaining bacon & green onions.
