Tomaten-Ananas-Chutney

Ingredients: 

1/4 Ananas (entspricht ungeputzt mit Schale etwa 250 g)
1 Stück frischer Ingwer (etwa 2 cm)
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 grüne Chilischote
2 EL Erdnussöl
1/2 TL Panch Phoran
5 EL Weißweinessig
200 g stückige Tomaten (aus der Dose)
Salz
1 TL brauner Zucker
