2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp brown mustard seeds
1.2kg egg tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 brown onions, halved, chopped
5 long red chillies, halved lengthways, deseeded, roughly chopped
500ml (2 cups) malt vinegar
330g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
1 tbs mixed spice
