Tomato, Fets & eggplant tart

Ingredients: 

4tbs oil - plus extra for brushing
1 finely chopped onion
1 diced eggplant - 2cm
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 tbsn finely chopped rosemary
salt and ground pepper
200g crumbled feta
3 large tomatoes cored and slice
balsamic vinegar and basil leaves for serving
(could add olives?
400g flakey pastry (could use filo?)
