1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar
1/2 cup bacon bits
Salt and pepper to taste
Place potatoes in closed gallon zipper bag leaving a small opening for ventilation. Microwave on high for 7-10 minutes or until potatoes are softened. Cut potatoes in half longways. Let slightly cool. Scoop out potato center into a mixing bowl leaving 1/4 inch of potato around skin. mix in all remainder ingredients setting aside a small amount of cheese and bacon to top potatoes with. Spoon mixture into potato skins evenly. Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake in oven at 375* for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
