Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients: 

6 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup cooked pancetta, chopped
2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chervil, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup cooked chorizo
1/4 cup fontina cheese, grated salt and pepper to taste
