2 cups couscous, rinsed and drained
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp kosher salt
1⅔ cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter, separated
¼ cup blanched, slivered almonds
¼ cup pomegranate arils
