1 1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup vanilla protein powder (I use brown rice protein powder, but others would work)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup blackstrap molasses
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 drops of liquid stevia
