Vietnamese Chopped Cabbage Salad

Ingredients: 

2 chicken breasts, bones and skin removed
1/2 a head of cabbage, finely chopped
1 small bunch of green onions, sliced thin
1 handful of cilantro leaves
1 handful of mint leaves
1/4 cup toasted chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, pecans, whichever you prefer)
1 apple, julienned
2 radishes, chopped or julienned
1 lime, juiced
4 tablespoons grapeseed or sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon siracha chili sauce (substitute chili flakes or tabasco sauce)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 pinch honey or brown sugar
