1 can (51 oz) SeaWatch Chopped Sea Clams
3 T butter
4 t minced garlic
1 T flour
1/4 c chopped parsley
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 t dried thyme or basil
Salt and pepper to taste
linguine pasta
While pasta is cooking...
Saute onion, butter, and garlic for 1 minute. Blend in flour. Add other ingredients and simmer covered for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
