Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients: 

1 pounds ground beef
1 can sliced mushrooms (or 1 cup fresh)
2 11 oz cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 11oz cans fresh milk
1 small onion diced small
1 tablespoons garlic powder (or three cloves crushed)
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 12-16 oz bag of wide egg noodles


  1. Brown meat, drain off fat
  2. add chopped onions and all seasonings
  3. Cook till onions are softened
  4. Add cans of cream of mushroom soup
  5. Using empty cans as measuring cups add same amount of fresh milk and mix thoroughly
  6. Add can of mushrooms
  7. Simmer fo 10-120 minutes
  8. Add block of softened cream chesse and melt thoroughly
  9. Simmer another 10-15 minutes
  10. Serve over cooked egg noodles
