Ingredients: 

1 c. puréed butternut squash (substitute canned pumpkin if you like)
2/3 c. almond milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. hemp protein
1 Tbsp. Justin's Maple Almond Butter (or any nut butter of choice)
1 handful ice
