Grilled Lamb Tenderloin Chops

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Red Wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Rosemary


  1. Combine ingredients and marinade lamb chops refridgerated for 24 hrs.
  2. Grill chopsĀ  for 3 minutes per side at 475.
  3. Grill an additional 6 min at 350.
