Ingredients: 

4 hot hatch chiles, roasted and peeled, chopped

1/2 bunch of cilantro
baby spinach, generous handful
1 tbls roasted pine nuts
1/4 cup parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
starchy cooking liquid (optional)
2 heads of broccoli
2 tbls Parmesan
