2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
¼ cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted, plus more for pan and brushing
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1½ teaspoons salt
6 cups oat flour (spooned and leveled), plus more for shaping dough
