Ingredients: 

3 ounces granulated sugar
· 1 ½ pounds Italian Prune Plums, cut in half and pitted
· 3 ½ tablespoons Rosemary-Infused Gin (clickfor recipe)
· 1 tablespoon Crème de Cassis
· 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
