Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Red Onion and Prosciutto


Makes 4 servings


16 ounces Brussels Sprouts.,trimmed and cut into halves (you can also leave them whole. I like the halves for serving larger groups)
2 medium red onions cut into long strips
1/2 cup whole garlic cloves (you can use less or more if you like)
3 slices of Prosciutto
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
black pepper
