1/2 cup onion finely minced
1 /2 cup green pepper finely minced
1 teas salt
1 teas black pepper
4 cloves of garlice finely minced or pressed
2 teas dried mustard
6 tablespoons A-1
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
Ground beef and drain, sautee pepper, onion and garlic.
Mix in everything else and simmer, add additional tomato sauce if needed. Also as a variation is to add 2 tbl red wine vinegar and 3 tbl worsteshire sauce, red peppers.
