6 shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
6 ounces sliced beef rib eye (find at butcher counter)
6 ounces bean thread noodles
2 tablespoons sliced scallions
1/2 cup ponzu sauce (available in the Asian aisle)
2 teaspoons chili oil (optional)
