6 green chili (or 6 jalapeno)
1 onion (finely sliced)
2 inch piece ginger

1/2 cup chopped mint
1/2 cup basil (chopped)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup lemon juice (or vinegar)
2 cups mushroom (any kind )
