1/2 cup of vegan shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
1-2 oz of vegan ranch dressing
1 package of gardein shredded chicken
24 wonton wrappers
Coconut oil for frying
1. Heat oil in large pot for deep frying
2. While the oil is heating, prepare mixture by combining all ingredients except oil and wonton wrappers.
3. Mix until thoroughly combined .
4. Fill small bowl of warm water and place next to workspace.
5. Get a spoonful of mixture and place in middle of wonton. (Don't overfill)
6. Dip fingers in warm water and spread on edges of wonton wrapper.
7. Fold in to make a hat shape
8. Place wontons in frying pan until all edges are golden brown.
9. Enjoy!
