FRIED RICE

cold and cooked at least 1 day old
1/4 cup white onion, finely diced
1/2 cup peas and carrots, finely diced fresh or frozen
1 large egg, whisked
2 Tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons garlic, roasted paste
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
GARNISH
Hibachi mustard sauce, freshly made
