Very loose texture, like a shortbread. VERY fussy to finish with the dipping of caramel and nuts.
I portioned the dough out to the recommended proportion, but they would have been HUGE. I ended up splitting each portion in two and they made perfect size.
Recipe calls for a 9x13 pan. I used a 9x13 cookie pan w/ 1/2" sides.....it was too shallow! After I poured the caramel I knew it was going to boil over - fortunately I placed a bigger rimmed baking pan under this while it baked.
