I'm embarrassed to say that this is the first America's Test Kitchen recipe that has failed me.
I don't know what happened.....the evaporated milk wouldn't whip to stiff peaks.....the gelatin didn't either. It was literally 1/2" thick, no where near what it shows in the picture.
I seriously don't know what went wrong and not sure that i'll repeat because the ingredients were expensive for such a touchy dessert.
